1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review the policy below to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Window & Condition
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Certain goods are non-returnable: perishable items, intimate/sanitary goods, gift cards, downloadable products, custom/personalized items, and clearance/final-sale items.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Exchanges
- We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us first at fashionjanzee030@gmail.com.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank/credit card company. Processing times can take several days.
6. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For tracked returns, please keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
7. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit after we receive the returned item.
